That lifts the mind
And release the soul
From the tyranny
Of everyday loses

Break dance the stressors
And merengue the bad away
While the heart jumps for joy
To that glorious sounds
This causes no frown

Into the abyss of each life
Let the music bring us back
To the hokey pokey days
When we laughed
When we sang
And when we danced
With no regret
With no remorse
And no shame whatsoever

So let the dork in you

To stay in the joyous place

While the mind unwinds
the life loosens up
And the stressors crawl
Back to their caves
Where each one of them belong
Good days to us all

As I type away from the keyboard
